Yet another star gets added to the MAMA “no-show” list .

Looks like the 2009 MAMA will be out one “sexy queen”, as it has been confirmed that Lee Hyori will not be attending the awards show.

A representative from Mnet Media, Hyori’s company, has announced that“Lee Hyori will not be able to appear on MAMA. It is because she has schedules lined up, which were decided a long time back. Also, the fact that she did not do promotions as a singer this year, it will not be appropriate for her to perform on stage for MAMA.”

So far SM Entertainment, SS501 and Son Dam-bi, among others, have all backed out of the end-of-the-year award show. With Hyori’s name now taken off the guest list, I’m left wondering what other stars will be announced as a “no-shows” before the MAMA airs on November 21st.
