What’s the Secret behind Chang Min’s abs? Recently, the 2AM member showed off his chocolate abs in a photo shooting for fashion magazine ‘Cosmopolitan’.
For perfect abs, this pop act lost 30kg in 5 years with just diet and consistent exercise! Wonder how he did it? He sustained on 500ml water, multi vitamins supplement and half an apple for breakfast. After that, ate smoked chicken breast meat and a sweet potato every 3 hours. If he was hungry (which he probably was), he snacked on a little salad.
Ok. more chicken breasts and vegetables for me.
