Girls Generation (SNSD) member Yuri signed on to be on an MBC daily sitcom to take the time slot of “High Kick Through the Roof” upon its completion in March.

Since the release of their new album “Oh!” Girls Generation will be plenty busy with promotions, namely in Japan.

Before Yuri signed the contract, the production team became aware of Yuri’s schedule and now sees that it would be impossible for Yuri to be able to shoot a daily sitcom on top of overseas promotion activities. Yuri has put her acting pursuits on hold as she continues to promote for the popular girl group.

Now the sitcom’s production will have a hard time finding a replacement for the casting in time before the scheduled broadcast.
