Happy Kim Yu-na Day!

2010 gold medalist figure skater,Kim Yu-na, has just recieved another great honor.

The city of Los Angeles(California) has declared August 7th Kim Yu-na Day! The talented skater won her first world title in L.A. and citizens (including the 120,000 Koreatown residents) wanted to name this day after her. She has made many Koreans proud of her for her hard work and numerous achievements during her career. Yu-na will meet the Los Angeles Mayor,Antonio Villaraigosa, and grace city hall with a pair of her skates she will give them. Congratulations Queen Yu-na!

Now. there is one celebrity in particular who probably wishes he could greet her in LA. He is none other than SHINee’s leader,Onew! It was revealed earlier this year on KBS’s “Hello Baby” that the SME singer has a big crush on the pretty skater.
