The “Extravagant Challenge” for Si-won and Dong-hae

There’s a new update about the Super Junior members’ upcoming movie.

Super Junior’s Si-won and Dong-hae will not be filming their Taiwanese drama “Extravagant Challenge” this year. Filming for the upcoming Japanese manga (comic) inspired drama will begin in March of 2011.

Why the delay,you ask? The reason: a number of pre production problems.

“Extravagant Challenge” is based on a Japanese drama called Skip Beat!. The story is about a love-struck girl who pursues her friend from childhood. Her crush is now a celebrity who eventually breaks her heart. The girl decides to pursue a career in entertainment and become a bigger star than him.Kyoko is the name of the young girl,Sho is her celebrity crush and Ren will be the guy who helps her pursue her dreams.

The drama will also star famed “It Started With A Kiss” actress Ariel Lin.

Look forward to watching the Taiwanese drama “Extravagant Challenge” premiering next year.
