A Possible Extension for “Prosecutor Princess”?

Just after the news of a possible extension for the hit drama, “Personal Taste“, the viewers of “Prosecutor Princess” have been protesting for the drama’s extension, as well.

At the end of episode 12 of “Prosecutor Princess”, Inwoo (Park Si-hoo)’s true identity is finally revealed to Haeri (Kim So- yeon). Netizens have stated that 4 episodes is just not enough time for Inwoo’s story or the love line between Inwoo and Haeri to be revealed. In response to the viewer’s opinions for the drama’s extension, the producers of “Prosecutor Princess” have just stated that the remainder of the series is fun and entertaining so please keep watching with interest and devotion.

An extension for “Prosecutor Princess” is highly likely though, even with its low ratings, because Kim Nam-gil, the main actor for the drama series following “Prosecutor Princess” titled “Bad Man”, was recently diagnosed with a hernia. The doctor has recommended surgery but, Kim Nam-gil has pushed back the surgery for the shooting of “Bad Man” to not be delayed.
As a fan of both “Prosecutor Princess” and Kim Nam-gil, an extension for “Prosecutor Princess” seems ideal, so its story can be better executed without rushing and Kim Nam-gil can have time to receive surgery for his hernia. Plus, who wouldn’t mind more of Park Si-hoo?

If both “Personal Taste” and “Prosecutor Princess” get extended for four more episodes, all of the drama on Wed-Thurs lineup will all be 20 episode series. “Personal Taste” and “Prosecutor Princess” originally planned to air 16 episodes while “Cinderella Sister” was always a 20 episode series. “Cinderella Sister” is currently leading in its ratings right now, but not by a significant amount. All three series are in the range of high to low 10s in terms of ratings, and just past the halfway mark, it could be anyone’s game.
