Lee Jun-ki loses “Faith”

The Hero actor has finally given up his “Faith“.
On April 28th, Lee Jun-ki and his management officially received a notice from the enlistment office. He will have to enlist in the service for his mandatory duty on May 3rd. Since he is enlisting earlier than expected, he was dropped from the cast of the upcoming drama, “Faith“.
He is currently filiming the upcoming movie “Grand Prix” and will have to leave mid-production.
His management company gave an official statement about the situation at hand. They stated that, they originally planned to enlist him in the later half of the year so it would not interfere with his scheduled acting projects. However, they received an official notice that it would be very difficult to continue with his acting schedule.
Jun-ki will return to Korea from Yokohama, Japan on April 29th. He is currently there promoting his drama “Hero” along with actress Yoon So-Yi.
It seems like “Drama City” has started for Jun-ki. When he joins the service he will feel like “Virgin Snow“, but we know he is hard-working and will adapt to his suroundings very quickly.
Let us all wait for Jun-ki‘s return to entertainment after he serves his country and makes South Korea proud.
