Get used to 2PM without Jaebeom

It’s been confirmed once and for all that Jaebeom will not be returning to2PM.

It was announced on JYPE’s website on Feb 25th that the group’s former leader has quit for good. Fans from all over the world are in shock since they believed Jaebeom would be returning.

A later released on JYPE’s official website states:

“On December 22nd, 2009, Jaebeom confessed to Jung Wook representative that he had done something wrong during Again and Again promotions. Apparently, it was far more serious than his MySpace controversy. The six other members were not notified then as they were busy with year-end activities. On January 3rd, 2010, everyone of us (along with the members) sat down for a discussion and came to an agreement 3 days later that it was no longer possible for Park Jaebeom to continue activities along with 2PM.

We thus decided to terminate our exclusive contract with Jaebeom.”

JYPE had plans for Jaebeom to return back in November 2009, with a comeback in April 2010, in which Jaebeom agreed to cooperate. The news of Jaebeom’s comeback was kept a secret in order to protect 2PM, but it has all become null.

Hopefully the JYP conference planned for the 27th along with 2PM fans will proceed smoothly. At the moment, there are hottests gathered at the JYP building in Seoul to protest. What do you think? Will the protesting do any good?
