Happy, happy! Joy, joy! Maybe.

SBS variety program “Family Outing” has confirmed the new family members of the 2nd season, featuring a brand new production team, concept, and cast. Big Bang’s Daesung won’t be returning, but a certain maybe couple is included.

The new regulars: Girls Generation’s Yoona, 2PM’s Ok Taecyeon, actress and MC Kim Won-hee, actor Yoon Sang-hyun (Queen of Housewives), and comedians Ji Sang-ryeol and Shin Bong-sun.

Channeling current rumors of dating, “Family 2″ might be looking to create a love-line between the two idol stars, Yoona and Taecyeon. Even if Yoona tends to be a bit boring on variety shows, Taecyeon’s usual antics will probably be a big boost to the shows comedy and ratings.

Known for doing well on variety programs, Yoon Sang-hyun will be the main host of the show. This time, with 3 women and 3 men regulars, the entertaining woman rivalry usually between Lee Hyori and Park Ye-jin from season 1, most likely won’t be present.

If you’re wondering why no Daesung, the entertaining Big Bang member will be busy with the drama “What’s Up” (formerly “Zero Plus”) and other activities regarding Big Bang.

“Family 2″ is set to start after the 2010 Winter Olympics. “Family Outing” Season 1 will end in February.

What do you think of the new cast members?
