Close, but no cigar.
Insanely popular rookie group 2NE1 will be making their first appearance on a non-music-related show with the new SBS show Strong Heart, a simple yet entertaining talk show where guests share stories and pick bones. Big Bang’s maknae Seungri appeared on the show debut last week with G-Dragon (who revealed one of Seungri’s embarrassing drunken escapades) and this week KARA’s Nicole and Goo Hara are to join 2NE1 among many other guests.
Interestingly enough, Goo Hara revealed during the show’s taping that she’s been “looking after 2NE1’s Minzy since she was young” and that “Big Bang’s Seungri is like family as well.” What? The three are “like family?!” Way before they debuted, the three youngsters attended the same dance school in their hometown, Gwangjoo. Gwangjoo is also the hometown ofDong Bang Skin Gi’s Yunho and Wondergirl Yubin.
Isn’t that interesting? Who knew that such vastly different artists were “like family?” And, if you think about it they’re all kinda sorta their group’s resident dancer. Minus Goo Hara, she’s the pretty KARA member.
