The girls share some fitness tips.

Members of Girls Generation made an appearance on a recent episode ofStar King where they shared some fitness secrets.

With the help of their trainers, the girls (specifically Tiffany) showed off some sort of elaborate jumping and kicking routine. Honestly, the whole thing looked like more of a swing dancing lesson than anything and it got pretty dull after watching them do the same thing over and over. Thankfully, Host Kang Ho-dong tried it and failed, providing a little bit of comic relief.

Later on, Jessica and Yu-ri showed off another of their workout routines with various levels of proficiency. Actually, I’m surprised at how well Jessica demonstrated the routine. Who knew she was so flexible?

Overall, this wasn’t anything special. I’m sure there’s a lot more to keeping the girls fit than these routines, but it sure wouldn’t hurt to try them out. Who knows maybe you’ll have a great pair of legs to show for it…but probably not.
