New girl group called “HAM”?

“HAM?” Seriously?

In hopes to bring an already over-saturated market something fresh and meaty, we bring you LeeYeon Entertainment’s newest creation: HAM. The H.A.M., which stands for “Heart And Mind,” is a new girl group of four set to debut on M! Countdown with their single “T.T Dance” September 17th, 2009. Here are the members released bios.

Mi-U:

As the “Charisma of HAM,” Mi-U is the group’s leader who comes in at a height of 160 centimeters. Her favorite color is black and her blood type is A. This girl’s got it going on!

Ga-yeon:

As the “energy of HAM,” Ga-yeon specializes in magic (hm?) and can speak Chinese. She is 162 centimeters tall and is also blood type A.

Su-jin:

Miss “voice of HAM” is the main vocal of the group. At a height of 165 centimeters, Su-jin is apparently a skilled piano player as well. Oh and her blood type is B.

Hyo-ni:

And with the strangest name comes Hyo-ni, the rapper and “style of HAM.” She specializes in dancing (popping) and is the tallest of the group at a whopping 170 centimeters. Wow. Along with Su-jin, Hyo-ni is a blood type B.

I know what you’re all thinking. No, LeeYeon Entertainment hasn’t released their birthdays for some odd reason. However, judging from the pictures, these girls look to be in their early 20’s. I hope so at least, seeing as how the 14 year old trend is getting a tad old. Still, I think I might be liking the group. Their style in fashion, music and face expressions remind me of some Jpop girl group; and their dirty food pictures make them look fun-loving.
