Boy band Supernova is back in action, or at least three of them, after a two year hiatus from the KPOP scene. Supernova’s Ji-hyuk, Kwang-su, and Geon-il join Tiara’s So-yeon, Hyo-min, Ji-yeon, and Eun-jung for a project single titled “T.T.L (Time To Love)”.
I have to admit, I have never seen Tiara look better. I’ve always found that Tiara had all the potential but none of the presence during their “Lies” performances. In this MV, though, without being overly sexualized, all four girls feel fierce and fabulous. So-yeon just owns this MV whenever she steps up and opens her mouth. Her strong vocals blend well with the male and female rapping. I’m also surprisingly pleased with Ji-yeon whose soft voice actually adds rather than detracts from the overall track. Q-riand Bo-ram are also featured in the MV, which is nice to see that they are not completely out of the picture while they pursue a side project.
As for Supernova, I’m glad to have them back during a season of girl groups galore. These boys have the rapping chops as well as the looks to make it, and this single should propel them back into the spotlight.

Look forward to their performance on M!Countdown on September 17th. Hopefully, they will be able to transfer their energy from MV to stage.
