J-tune slapped with 1 billion won lawsuit

Another lawsuit?

After paying damages to a canceled concert in Hawaii, Rain is under fire again. His management company, J-tune is being sued for 1 billion won (approximately 800,000 USD) for breach of contract with a Korean contents provider. In September 2008, the unidentified contents provider and J-tune was supposed to promote and distribute contents for Rain’s 5th album showcase. However, J-tune did not fulfill their part of the agreement.

Will Rain have to dig into his deep pockets again to pay off another lawsuit?
